Thank you for your interest in joining the Hyggelight Wholesale Program and becoming a partner in sharing The Growing Candle with your customers. We create beautifully crafted, eco-conscious candles that transform into wildflowers after burning — a perfect fit for gift shops, home decor boutiques, garden centers, and other retail spaces that value sustainability and cozy living.
To become a wholesale partner, please complete the application for membership in the Hyggelight Wholesale Program. We typically review applications within 1-2 business days. Once your application has been reviewed, a member of our wholesale support team will contact you with your approval status.
A minimum wholesale order of $250.00 is required for your first order. For all subsequent orders, the minimum is $150.00.
Wholesale partners are responsible for all shipping charges and applicable taxes. Shipping is billed at pass-through rates, meaning you pay only the actual carrier cost with no markup. Shipping pallet weights over 150 pounds will be quoted separately.
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must operate a commercial business in the retail, gifting, floral, home decor, eco-conscious, or related industries. Proof of a business license may be requested. Applicable state reseller permits may also be required.
Payment in full is required before shipment for all orders. We do not offer credit terms or delayed payment options. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
We accept virtually all major payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay (in full or in installments), Apple Pay, and additional regional or international cards supported through our payment processor.
Once approved as a wholesale partner, you can place orders directly through our Wholesale Website at wholesale pricing. Login credentials will be provided upon account approval.

In-stock items typically ship within 1 business day. During peak volume periods, orders may require 2-3 business days to process. Out-of-stock items generally ship within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We ship orders using USPS or FedEx.
Products may not be advertised for less than the retail price listed on our website.
Exchanges
If a different style or fragrance calls your name, we’re happy to exchange your new and unused order within 30 days of delivery for another product of your choice. No return shipment is necessary — simply email myorder@thegrowingcandle.com with your request, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Order Mistakes or Damages
If we make a mistake with your order or it arrives damaged, email a quick photo to myorder@thegrowingcandle.com and we’ll correct it right away.
